I am a long-time advocate in my community. For example:
- Spearheaded two successful letter campaigns addressed to the Ontario Minister of Education and Viamonde school board – this led to the financing of the new Toronto East secondary school
- Held chair, vice-chair and treasurer portfolios on the board of directors of Le Petit Chaperon Rouge French Daycare (7 locations) for 8 years.
- Have been and continue to be an outspoken champion on issues facing francophone school communities since 2017, actively engaging in discussions with elected officials at the school board, municipal and provincial levels
- Member of the parent-lead advocacy group which has successfully campaigned for an equivalent Francophone high school as defined and required by the Constitution
